Happy Birthday, Lily Bean!!!!!

One year ago today was Lily's due date... too bad she didn't get the invitation.  So with nothing else to do in Pensacola, we had to participate in the famed Florabama mullet toss.

Here's an update to Grand-daddy and his picture post-fix...

The Capraclowncar headed out to Snowy Lake Tahoe for a weeks vacation. Lily got to see and play in the snow for the first time ever. It was alot of fun and very pretty. Dada went skiing a couple of days and a visit from Katari and Hilary made the trip lots of fun. 

The clown car is ready to set sail as we journey to the Great North... Tahoe.  We are really excited as I (Lily) get to experience snow for the first time and start my training to become an Olympic Skier.  As you can see from the video, I (Lily and yes it is me writing this) began my Summer Olympic Training with my first swim lessons.  Other than that we haven't been doing much, other then losing all the Holiday weight I gained from all those bottles...  it helps that I can crawl now. 

Greg is out on a detachment AGAIN, and Lily and I are just sitting around staring at each other. Actually, she's mostly screaming and I'm trying not to pull my hair out. Even though teeth are so cute when they pop out, they are not worth the screaming and crying in getting there. Who needs teeth anyway? Not babies for one.... they can gum it.

Well, here are a few pictures form a few weeks ago when we visited Parker, Erin and Jake. WE had so much fun! Lily and Parker got to share the piano and he made her laugh when he talked to himself in the mirror.

The Capra Clown Car minus auntie Sarah headed out to San Francisco last weekend and visited Hilary. We walked for almost 7 miles to the beach and back, saw a cool hippie bus, went to the Bay Bridge and hiked around town. Bean stayed warm bundled up in her oompa-loompa outfit.

Prom Night

Mommy and daddy had their big kids Prom last weekend.  They left me all at home alone... with Auntie Sarah.  Leann even got a sunflower corsage.   As you can see my parents are super cool and don't allow alcohol to guide any of their decisions... 

Daddy comes back from his much needed vacation...

Well, daddy needed to get away for a couple weeks so he chose to go flying in Key West.  His life is very stressful, per usual.  He of course missed the girls in his life, who wouldn't? But alas he had to come home and has earned night duty to change Lily's diapers and put her to sleep.

Daddy is gone to Key West on a debt, so Lily and Mommy are doing horsey rides for fun. Here Lily is riding the Champion Mare "2 Screws Loose". Who wants to put money on this one?

Lily visits the Sanders side and the Capra Cousins in LA over the weekend. Yay!!

Lily  turned 4 months old this week and has accomplished many of her milesones. This week she rolled over back and front, ate rice cereal for the first time (shown below) and now weighs 19 pounds! Here she is swimming at Grandaddy's house.
